About Me

Hi there,

My name is Donna and I'm a Certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant. 

I know what it's like to be scrolling the internet searching for "how to get my baby to sleep" at 2am when you're 30 minutes into your 3rd feed of the night. 

When my daughter was young and I spent hours re-settling naps during the day and awake at night, I started reading the science behind baby and infant sleep, and I was hooked. 

I reached out to a sleep consultant who was amazing - she inspired me to embark on this journey. I LOVE helping parents and families. It is the most rewarding thing to hear a change in their voice and the air of confidence when sleep has improved for everyone. 

Using a holistic approach to sleep, looking at factors including feeding, solids intake, outside commitments, caring arrangements, previous medical history, child temperament and parenting style, we can find a method that suits you and your family. 

I work with newborns who are aged between 3-12 weeks (as the first 3 weeks all you need to focus on is establishing feeding and being in a newborn bubble), and all babies and infants aged up to 5 years old. I’ve worked with siblings and multiples, single parents and couples. There is always an option for you. 

You should never feel guilty about choosing sleep - it is an essential part of life, and will help you to be a better parent, partner, friend and all-round human being.

What's involved?

Confused about where to start?

In the Shop are a range of packages if you have one child/sibling or if you have twins/multiples. 

Complete the Contact Form if you need help deciding which is the best package for you, and to book in a complementary 15-minute phone call. 

From there a detailed questionnaire is completed which covers all areas including weight gain, feeding, solids, settling techniques, previous medical history, family environment and commitments, as well as routine and wakings overnight. 

An initial phone consult will take place to determine what style suits you and your family best. A personalised sleep plan is written for you, and discussed in length with you. Then we will start our support to ensure you are confident in taking positive steps towards sleep.
